BIDDER REGISTRATION
In order to place bids on any items at MusicAAmore, you must first create a user account by clicking on the REGISTER tab on the MusicAAmore Auction Homepage. READ and accept the terms of the User Agreement by clicking on the I Accept button at the bottom of the agreement, then fill out the short registration form. The information you provide must be current and accurate, and will be monitored and confirmed by our staff. Any accounts containing invalid or fraudulent registration information will be removed from the site immediately.

Once you have submitted your registration information you have legally confirmed that you have thoroughly read the User Agreement and agree to all terms therein. Return To Top Of Page

PLACING BIDS
Bidding on an auction item at MusicAAmore is SAFE and SECURE. A seller's feedback rating and verification level is posted next to the seller's name on each auction.

By placing a bid on an auction item, you have entered into a legally binding contract with the seller. Should you have the highest winning bid at the end of the auction (not applicable in reserve auctions where the reserve has not been met), you are legally obligated to honor your commitment.

There are NO Bid Retractions allowed on this site. Once you place a bid it CANNOT be retracted. Read ALL information concerning an auction item BEFORE placing a bid. If you are uncertain about any of the information provided about an auction item, contact the seller BEFORE placing a bid. There is a convenient button on every auction that allows you to ask the seller a question. Your questions and the seller's responses will appear directly on the auction listing. If there are any questions about bidding instructions or policies, contact MusicAAmore at support@musicaamore.com BEFORE placing a bid. Before you submit a bid you should also take the opportunity to carefully review the bid amount you have entered and all other pertinent information on the form. NOTE: The ONLY instance in which an entered bid might be considered retractable, is if there was a gross error in the bid amount (for instance, you accidently enter $900.00 instead of $9.00). In this case the bid cannot be completely retracted, but can be changed to correct the error. In order to retract and correct this type of misbid, you must contact us immediately with an e-mail request. There is a $1.00 fee for this service and payment must be sent to musicaamore@musicaamore.com either through PayPal or Yahoo PayDirect BEFORE the retraction/change bid will be performed.

Bid Increments. MusicAAmore allows the seller to choose their own bid increments for each auction. A bid increment is the amount of money necessary to enter a new bid and raise the current bid, or the amount that MusicAAmore will PROXY bid for you until your maximum bid is reached.

TYPES OF AUCTIONS
The majority of the auctions on the MusicAAmore site will be Proxy auctions, which means that you can submit a maximum bid amount and MusicAAmore's auction software will act as a proxy bidder in your absence, executing your bid for you in increments if necessary and keeping your bid price as low as possible. We strongly suggest that when you place a bid, that you initially bid the highest amount you are willing pay for the item, rather than raising the existing bid by just one bid increment. This way you won't have to monitor the auction constantly to see if you have been outbid by another bidder. You may bid in this manner with confidence and security. Shill bidding (the practice of bidding on one's own items under duplicate registrations) is not allowed and is monitored closely by MusicAAmore staff.

Reserve Auctions. In a Reserve Auction, the seller has set a hidden reserve price that the bidding must reach or exceed before the seller is obligated to sell the item. If a bidder's maximum bid is equal to or greater than the reserve price and is the highest bid when the auction ends, that bid is considered a “win” and the auction has closed successfully. If the auction closes and the bidding has not reached or exceeded the reserve amount, the auction is considered unsuccessful, the bids are released and the seller is not obligated to sell the item and may choose to relist it.

Silent Auctions. In a "silent" auction the bids, including the current high bid amount, are kept private. Bidders should initially enter the highest bid price they are willing to pay for an item in order to win the item.

Buy It Now. If a seller has chosen the "Buy It Now" feature on an auction, a button will be displayed on the auction listing with a Buy It Now Price. Any bidder may end the auction early and purchase the item immediately for the Buy It Now Price. There are absolutely NO BID RETRACTIONS when purchasing an item using Buy It Now. Using the feature closes all other bidding on the item and the item is considered sold

Reverse Auctions. Do you have a special "wish-list" item that you've been looking for without success? We also offer a Reverse Auction Format! The buyer places the auction listing with a description of the desired item and the highest amount the buyer is willing to pay for the item. Sellers who may have the item for sale then bid DOWN on the item to sell it to you. Posting a Reverse Auction at MusicAAmore.com is CURRENTLY FREE! (using auction enhancements, ie. Bold, Grabber, Featured, etc. does incur fees -- see FEES link on Mainpage)

HOW TO USE THIS: 1) Select the WANTED tab at the top of the Mainpage; 2)Complete the form with the Item Name, Category, Searchwords, Auction Starting & Ending Date, Description, User Name & Password, and Bid Price information. You can even add a photo if you like!

Feedback. We have now implemented a feedback system which we believe is fair and unbiased. It is a POINT system only. Upon completing a transaction you may leave a position (+1), neutral (0) or negative (-1) feedback for the seller or buyer. To leave feedback, access the auction from your User Control Panel, click on the auction and the feedback tabs will appear on the auction page. Upon registration you will automatically begin with a zero (0) neutral rating which will appear as a neutral feedback from Admin MusicAAmore.
